Beatrice Huegler is Ph.D. candidate and research associate at the Institute for Customer Insight at the University of St. Gallen (ICI-HSG). Her research topic is concerned with the future of mobility, in particular mobility as a service, autonomous vehicles and societal aspects of mobility. She is currently engaged in writing a book about mobility as a service together with Prof. Dr. Andreas Herrmann and Johann Jungwirth, the Vice President of Maas Operations at Mobileye. Further, she is part of a trend foresight project, which generates insights into the needs of customers within the next ten years.
She studied her Masters in International Business at the University of St. Andrews and her Bachelors in Global Business Management at the University of Augsburg and the Griffith University in Australia. Between her studies, she was employed as an intern at the BMW Group in the Marketing and Business Development department as well as at Wrigley GmbH in the department of Marketing and Brand Management.
